Artemisia Frigida ‘Silver Eagle’ Wormwood

Artemisia frigida ‘Silver Eagle’ is an evergreen perennial. It has silvery-green foliage smaller than other artemisia and it grows tall and upright. Inconspicuous yellow flowers bloom in the summer.  Artemisia frigida ‘Silver Eagle’ is a native cultivar as Frigida is native to the northeast and Midwest. 

This Wormwood demands well-drained soil and prefers full sun. It is drought and coastal tolerant when established. Silver Eagle can add beautiful foliage color variation to soften mass plantings.
