Lychnis coronaria has fuchsia-pink, 1″ flowers borne on long fuzzy stems over woolly, silvery basal foliage. This long-blooming perennial may be short-lived, but readily self sows to prolong its presence in your garden. Also known as Rose Campion, Lychnis coronaria’s attractive basal foliage is evergreen. Planted en masse, Rose Campion is a real show-stopper when in bloom!
Lychnis coronaria prefers sun and sharply drained soil. It is drought tolerant once established. Also known as Silene coronaria.
