If your plants don’t arrive in the healthy condition you expect, we’re here to help make things right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. This gives you adequate time to inspect your new botanical additions and ensure they meet your expectations.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Plant Care Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plant(s) in question
  • A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our plant specialists will review your request and provide:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions if return is approved
  • Alternative solutions (replacement, store credit, or refund)

Step 3: Ship Your Return (If Required)

For approved returns requiring physical return of plants:

  • Package plants securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include the return authorization number on your package

Refund Processing

Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval
  • Replacements: Shipped within 1-2 business days of approval

Payment Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of living plants and to ensure the health of our botanical collection, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Plants that show signs of improper care or environmental stress after delivery
  • Custom or special order rare specimens
  • Plants that have been repotted or substantially altered
  • Digital products or care guides

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange plants for alternatives of equal value. If you’d like a different rare specimen:

  • Contact us within 15 days of receipt
  • Provide photos of the current plant condition
  • Suggest alternative plants from our current collection
  • We’ll arrange shipment once we receive your return
