Trillium or “Wake Robin” is an eastern US native wildflower that is commonly found in wooded areas. Its petals, sepals, and leaves all appear in sets of three.

Trillium is a spring ephemeral, which means it blooms early each spring before going dormant again for the rest of the year. It thrives in moist, well-draining, organically-rich soil in shade. It is drought-tolerant once established.

Our Trillium ‘Spring Surprise Mix’ contains the following eastern US species: T. erectum, T. grandiflorum, and T. luteum. The flowers of your plant could be white, yellow, or red-maroon.
